Gift Cards
Buy, schedule, check balance, and redeem Ventro gift cards across marketplace categories such as fashion, electronics, beauty, home, and books.
Admin-Managed Gift Cards
Gift cards are managed by the Ventro marketplace admin. Vendors cannot create codes or view customer gift card balances.
Buy and Redeem
Customers can buy gift cards for themselves or someone else, schedule delivery, add a personal message, check balance, and redeem available balance during checkout before wallet or online payment.
Refunds and Balance
Partial redemption is allowed. Remaining balance stays on the card for future orders, and gift-card-paid refunds are returned to the gift card balance.
